Simply fill in the form with your details, and attach some clear and detailed pictures of your darts and box, accessories, or other dart equipment, etc. We will then get back to you with a preliminary price proposal via email. Of course, both the valuation and the inquiry are completely free of charge and non-binding.

If you are satisfied with our valuation, you then send the darts to us along with complete contact details. You are only responsible for the shipping cost to us, and we recommend that the shipment be sent with tracking. (We are not responsible for lost packages sent to us by postal agents).

As long as the pictures and description match the product's condition when it arrives and is physically inspected by us, major adjustments to the preliminary price proposal rarely occur. In most cases, the initial valuation remains valid even after we have received and examined the product. Should we need to change the valuation due to the condition being worse than indicated by the pictures and description, we will send a revised price proposal. If you do not accept this, the darts can be returned to you, provided we are paid only for the shipping cost.

You will then receive the agreed-upon amount as store credit to shop in our webshop.

Please note that we offer store credits on all purchases made in our webshop; these credits can only be used in our webshop.

If you have larger quantities of 5 dart sets or more that you wish to sell at package prices, please contact us via our contact form, and we will get back to you on how we can resolve this.
